Phone Consultation

Something special happens between people when they meet in person. We want to get to know you and we encourage you to visit our clinic, but if the distance is too much or time is too little, you may find that a phone consultation gives you the help you need.

Phone consultations are perfect for quick questions, non-urgent health concerns, those with mobility issues and even for New Patients.

We also understand that some people feel more comfortable discussing their issues or concerns by phone instead of in a face-to-face consultation. These scheduled sessions can also offer the freedom to avoid traffic, conflicting time schedules or missing work.

How To Get A Consultation

Send a text to 512-589-4640.
Please include your full name, number and the reason for your request (for instance New Patient, Quick Question, I Feel Unwell, etc., you get the idea)
Complete the CONTACT form found on the Contact Page of this website.
*If you are not in the Central Time Zone, please tell me.


  • • First 15 minutes is FREE
  • • 16-60 minutes $50
  • • Additional 30 minutes $25
  • • Talk time is limited to 90 minutes maximum


Billing is currently by invoice at the end of the call. You will then be able to pay online.

Cancellation Policy

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and charge the 60 minute consult fee for late cancellations or if you are not able to be reached at the appointed time.

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we may be able to waive the
No Show Fee.
